Not a good option for either one really but if there was one that would work better than the other my thinking would be the 40 S&W at the top end. There is not any load information with this powder in these two cartridges for a reason. Welcome to the forum.

Sell it or trade it for something else.

I use Lilgun in my 357 Rossi, but its pushing heavy 200 gr bullets. Lilgun likes pushing heavy loads, it doesn't like light or standard weight bullets. I bought it to push 1oz shot loads in my 28ga, but it does have certain applications in small cartridges...

List it here and on local Craigslist. It's going to have to be face to face to avoid hazmat charges. You will have no problem at all getting rid of the 2400. LilGun is a different story because it has some known issues. The guys over at Marlin Owners love it but I won't use it.

You don't say where you are located but you sure wouldn't have any trouble selling it around here. Do you have anything else besides the two pistols to use it in? I love the stuff in my 357, 30 carbine, 27 Hornet, 22 Hornet, and others.

I orgionaly bought a 8 lb jug for use in the 454 casull,44 mag 357 mag & 22 hornet, I have disconued use in the 454 after some problems some have encountered with it ! I have also used it in the 38 super with good results ! . But its definatly to slow for the 45 acp and possibly could be used in the 40s&w but as far as i know there is no load data avalible.

Those two are very good powders for anyone loading the .410 shotshell.. I'd ask around at the skeet range to see if anyone needs any..

The .450 bushmaster guys are all over Lil Gun, you might try posting for a FTF sale here:http://www.450bushmaster.net

Post over in swapping and selling, make your locality clear, there are sure to be some .357 or .44 shooters in central Indiana who would love to have it. Indianapolis is a little too far from WV or I'd take it.

lil'gun is my GO TO powder for 22 hornet j-words...but 4 lbs would be a lifetime supply.

I was going to suggest using the 2400 as an excuse to buy a 41 or 44 mag or a 30 carbine. Enjoy the press(es)!!!
