I got to hook everything up in the basement this afternoon and derimmed a couple hundred cases. Everything went slick as snot. I'm using Dave Corbin's jacket forming die. Here is featherhead's video showing the press in action.

I upgraded to a larger Dewalt compressor and it does 20 odd cases before it kicks on. Not a problem at all.

I'll play around and get everything set up the way I want it later. It's the grandson's and my birthday today, so I'm heading over to my daughter's place for cake and hot dogs. :)

Thanks Frank. Great job!

I bought feather mans original machine and it works great too....the only change I made was getting rid of the Hand Control and putting in a foot control....

I'm glad you guys are satisfied. Tip ...... keep the air clean and dry. I have been inside pneumatic cylinders and seen the rust that can develop over time. Every few months you can spray silicone into the ports and work the ram back and forth for a minute. That's about all the PM they need. Check the mounting bolts on the press periodically, make sure they stay torqued down.

We have a chain up here called Princess Auto. www.princessauto.com I was there on Saturday and picked up an inline filter.

When I was in the service, I could get them for nothing at supply. I had to buy this one! :)

I don't know if you can see any of the pictures or videos stored on photobucket if you aren't signed up with them. :(
