Like the title says, I'm looking for a rifle within driving distance from western Indiana (Brazil). Anybody have a safe queen you're willing to sell/trade?

How much are you willing to spend? I know where there are both. the A4 is going to be $$$$$$$$ No scope or rings.

Just won one (P17) this morning. Probably couldn't be yours.

I have an 03 Remington that was loaned to England and returned. Has a red band painted arounf the stock ahead of the rear sight. Springfield expert told me that was to signify it was a 30-06 and not a 303. I'm not in driving distance unless you want to come and hunt deer in north Carolina. I offered it for sale once and don't really want to sell it, but I will probably never shoot it. If you don't find one, pm me.

I've only seen one original 03-A4 for sale in the past 20 years and it was in Clifton, Arizona at the "Clifton Armory". It was complete with an M-84 scope and was fairly priced at $2800. Unfortunately that was three or four years ago. "Gibbs Rifle Company" is currently making a reproduction of the A4, it sells for about 1/4 to 1/3 of what an original sells for. Really nice O3-A3's can be had for less than $1000.

If the Gibbs are as nice as they look and are bragged up they are a heck of a deal!
