i need some ideas on how to make a gun cart just for range use
right now i just use a old ladies fold up cart its kind of wimpy
if you could post a pic of yours that would be helpful

$20 baby jogger, some atv gun mounts, a few double split set collars and tubing.

Golf bag caddys work well, see em at lawn sales all the time for under $10, the newer style with wide plastic tires roll the easiest.

Man I need to make one too. Where did you find the jogging stroller/cart and the double split collar sets?

This is a one i saw at a local range in Australia.
He used horseshoes as handles for the ammo box. The main handles fold down for storage.

Ebay, you need to refine search for closest distance (you wouldn't want to ship). Took a week but I won the one above for $20, 15 min from home.
The split set collars came from local bearing supply.
