Has the Tula plant stopped making the Wolf brand primers? They are no longer listed on anyone's selling list and I haven't seen them advertised in months, yet the Tula primers are still available.....just wondering.

I don't think it is a matter of them not making them but them being sold just about as fast as it takes for them to be put up for sale. About two months ago I was able to get some Wolf SRM.

I've been curious about the same thing. I just bought more Tula but haven't seen new Wolf primers in months now.

I think they are in the same place as all the other primers, in closets all across the country. Most will never see the light of day until they are replaced by fresh stock.

I'm not sure but I think that the Wolf primers are now being marketed as Tula primers.

Only eight big-ship containers from Tula arrived in the USA this year. There will be no more. ... felix

I just got an email from Wolf Performance Ammunition that states the Wolf primers have been out of stock, but "new stock should becoming available around September". Never thought they would return my email....

You know the story! Politics, first and foremost. You would think sales volume or dollars at the retail level would be in control, but not so this time around. I'm sorry, but that is all that can be elaborated on at this time. ... felix

I had heard that Wolf's contract name had expired and that Tula had taken over. Same plant, same primer, different name. This was about a year ago I think.
