I just acquired a Martini Cadet in .310 caliber with an excellent bore. Would someone who has loaded for this round give me their best approach for getting it to shoot accurately?

The RCBS boolit mold is excellent for use in the .310 Cadet. I alter Starline 32-20 brass by trimming (cut to length so that the boolit seats slightly into the throat) and facing off the front of the rim for good fit in the rifle. Load to about 1200 fps so the sights answer the range markings.

Hoot49,

Buffaloarms has both lengths of .310 brass at reasonable cost (compared to making your own) http://www.buffaloarms.com/310_Cadet_Reloading_Brass_it-157003.aspx?CAT=3835

I have both the 120 grain "heeled" round nose RCBS mould (casts .318", a bit undersize for my guns) and a similar one from CBE in Australia which is right on at .323 diameter with ACWW+2% tin. My most accurate load duplicates the original cartridge ballistics of about 1250 fps. It is 4.5 grains of Unique or Herco. Once fire-formed I never resize, simply reprime and thumb seat my cast boolits tumble lubed in LLA. Cases have lasted for 10 years now although I do occasionally ruin one by someone stepping on it at the range.

Lots of good information there about these guns and making ammo to shoot them.
