So I'm building crates for shipping presses for the guys that have them coming to them.
I ended up doing this 5 years ago on some preowned Dillons.
Anyway hats off to the guys that have shipped me lino in a crate............in a flat rate box.

Very nice Duke.

Thanks Walt. I used the mounting hardware that was used for mounting to the bench. They are bolted into the crates. The handles are in slots on the uprights. There also double boxed.
They are assembled with crate staples and glue. They should just slip out the back once unbolted.
DO NOT USE A KNIFE ON THE TOP OF THE BOX
I'm just glad I'm reducing my moving load.

I went online once to the post office site, and they show way more sizes for their flat rate boxes than my local PO carries.Takes a while to get them, but they will deliver them to your house just like mail.
might help for 'next time
.

I don't think these would have fit in flat rate boxes. ;)

You are working way to hard. I volunteer to show up with a pickup truck and haul away some of that excess brass you will have trouble moving. Destination: my place!

Naw not me. They were wifeys for 45 Colt, 44-40 and 44 Magnum. We still have some single stage presses but switching over to 1050's.

1050's, well you can't get better than that. I am jealous.

Got my T7 today. The package it came in was really done up right. A nicely assembled (stapled and glued) crate wrapped in a heavy well marked box. The PO did good too, no punctures, not even a wrinkled corner! Oh yeah.......did I say the press looked great too......well it did.

My T-7 arrived yesterday in perfect condition. Duke is the PhD of packing. Thanks for the extra effort.
