I've been salvaging shot from shotgun shells that have been damaged.
What are a few ideas you have to alloy the shot with either lead, ww or both to get a lyman #2 or similar alloy?
If it was me I'd make a small ingot or a boolit out of a handful of thoroughly mixed shot and measure its hardness. You don't really know what you have so it would be a crapshoot alloying it to get a desired hardness.

bout 30# shot/10# pure for 5% Sb, doesn't have any tin. Plainly, can't get there that way -#2 that is.

if you cut open only quality name brand target type shotshells [AA, rem STS, fed gold medal]
then you most likely have an alloy with about 5% antimony and arsenic now.
i'd add tin based on the quality of the shot.
if it was a bunch of promo-type shells I wouldn't count on there being more than 3% antimony at most in any of them.
