Watched a video on youtube of a guy loading up some 8mm with 55grn FFFG and 175grn cast. I wanted to know if anyone else had tried this. I think Im just gunna buy some FFFG just for the heck of it and load up:bigsmyl2:

I have a good friend who shoots black powder cartridge and he actually prefers using FFFG over FFG. He gets slightly increased velocity and uses less powder while still keeping an accurate load. Now.. with that said, all of his shooting is done in straight or very near straight walled cases. I'm am not sure how black powder will respond in a bottle neck cases. It's new territory for me and if it works I would be interested in hearing the results.

dose the link work i tried it and it works for me

the link works just fine.
a bottle necked case will increase pressure over a straight walled case.
no big deal.
i'm sure the rifle will handle the whole 20-k.
