Redding "Flex Ring" Powder measure

Anyone have one of these powder measures with the original reservoir tube? Just curious what the inside diameter is. -- I have an aluminum cap (custom), I acquired in a box of reloading items that might fit. If so, I will donate it to someone who needs it.

Yes...That is the one! It has a "non-standard" diameter tube. Could you tell me what the INSIDE diameter is? Thanks.
