Taller Front sight on the Rossi Ranch Hand

Well finally got a chance to shoot the Ranch Hand after I put on a higher front sight. I bought a Williams fiber optic sight size .538. Worked great brought the POI down from about a foot high at 25 yards to right on with the elevator now on the second notch up. I was at a shooting outing and picnic today and had a blast knocking over bowling pins. -

Should you ever need a quick fix on a taller front sight.. Some JB weld plus a piece of copper wire on top of the front sight will raise it in a hurry.

Thanks Mike but I have heard all sorts of guys say such wonderful things about JB weld and the few times I tried it, it never worked to my satisfaction.
