Has anyone had recent experience with ordering/receiving the Sharpshooter buckshot molds? I ordered a couple back on May 1 and have not received them.

Hello DuckHunter, I have nothing but good to say about my fellow SharpShooter mold, Great guy and wait till you see my mold:

Don't under estimate Lee gang Buckshot mold either, they only hire the best " Sober engineer's"

Ajay, do you just load those as round ball slugs in a 12ga or do you use a black powder rifle? I also have the combo mold (#4 and 00) from Sharp Shooter USA, they sent mine out after two weeks. Works as it should, I don't really cast with ti anymore though, I stick with my Lyman slugs.

Hello Versalius, I use them as a basic RB load but have not rally worked with them much at all,
I do have the Lyman .678 and .690 RB molds and the .690 RB from Lee is farbetter no spruce!
What's bad about Lyman:

compare them:

I have two Sharp Shooter molds, 000 and #1 buckshot. Very happy with simplicity and strength of design. I do not mind the sprue "left-overs" in the least, back in the pot. Will order more. Two molds delivered for around $75.00, great deal.

I own one of his molds. Service was great. I'd get a hold of him, to see

whats up.

Bought one of his combo 00 - #4 buck molds this spring. Works great, I turned about 20 pounds of "mystery metal" lead into some very nice buckshot.

I bought 1 of JT's 000 moulds just a short time ago and produced some nice results.

I received my molds yesterday and I am well pleased. There was a small glitch on Sharpshooter molds end which was futher complicated by the spam filter on my end. Needless to say, my anxiety was unfounded and Sharpshooter Molds more than made up for the glitch. As a matter of fact, my molds were shipped the same day that the problem was discovered on their end. I can't be happier with the molds and I fully understand how these things happen. Now to get my pot back from my brother and try these new molds. The Board is correct; a great outfit to deal with and an asset to our group.
