7.62x39 with unique and heavy bullets

I have a Chinese sks and would like some info on loading 180 to 200 gr. bullets sub-sonic, my sks slugs .311 , Unique is the only powder I have at this time, I've used the 160 gr. LEE bullet in my 30-06 1917 enfield with the bullet sized .310, 11 grs and accurate, what I want now is a sub load about 1,000 fps, any load data, I looked at capsticks and a lot of stickies but no unique loads. any help?

thank you excess and danoweed, 6 grs. is what I was looking for, lost load data and couldn't find it in search. thanks
