I had one of the early Parts Unknown vernier sights and was pretty happy with it although there was a little slop in the staff which was easily fixed. I got one of the new ones after talking to the new owner. This is one well built sight, a little heavier built than the original and much easier to read. 40MOA windage either side of center and a gibb for keeping the staff tight. 12 different apertures in the Hadley eye cup. The eye cup has an O-ring to protect the stock from damage when you lay it down. Overall I'm really impressed with the new version of this sight.

Boz--I have been using the Red River sights on my Sharps for several years. The current generation are the best yet. The new eyepiece is especially good, and the gib effectively eliminates the only shortcoming the sights had. These sights are far and away the finest long range sight available, in my opinion.
