Load help needed for 30-06

I have a new Wetherby Vanguard II series in 06 and I am trying to get some cast boolits to work. My boolits are 311284 and 311299. I have tried both with mild loads of RX7 and Unique with so-so results. I have a pretty good selection of both rifle and pistol powders. Alittle push in the right direction could save me lots of valuable time. Orrrrrrr.... should I go with a lighter boolit?

28.0 grains of Rx7 worked for me in 30-06 with boolits from 160 to 200 grain. Including the 311299.

19 - 20.0 gr 4759 with pistol primers is a good load with the 311299 or 284.
