I am having surgery to remove a rather large melanoma from my shoulder today. They will take biopsy of the neck and underarm lymph nodes. My surgeon is really concerned that that this has spread.
Please join my family in praying that this cancer has not spread. I have faith in God's plan for me, but have always felt better when good Christian folks are praying for a common need.

Thanks everybody for the prayers and good thoughts. Surgery for the melanoma on shoulder went fine, but Plastic surgery to cover site is painful. Most pain is from underarm biopsy and will get results Tuesday and see if more surgery is in near future. Keep me in your prayers please.

I am typing one handed, so will report on Tuesday.

Prayers do work. Back from Dr's office and bio report clean. No new cancer cells. Will still have to do Chemo on shoulder, but no new knife work. Thanks for prayers and support.
