I'm using the lee auto-disk powder measure. It seems to be **** though. i'm using the .49 hole on the disk and my scales saying it's throwing 4 gns. I'm using hogdon titegroup powder. It's seems kinda stick also. When i go to change the disk i pour the powder back into the bottle and some sticks to the side of the powder measure.

Static electricity causes the powder to stick on the inside of plastic hoppers. Normal. A dryer sheet wiped on the inside of the hopper will lessen it.

You'll rarely get the exact same amt. of powder from a fixed cavity measure as the factory states. Humidity, manufacturing tolerances, and methods of operation have an affect on how much powder actually drops vs. what the engineers/designers calculated...

All of Lee's cavities are on the conservative side to allow for powder density variations, they will never drop more than the labeled weight! Powder density can very from lot to lot by as much as several % that is why owning a good scale and always checking charge weights is a must.

Run some graphite through it.
