I have the Galco Kodiak for the 8 3/8" X frame. Also look at the De Santis Terminator.

This holster maker is in Alaska and has a comfortable and versatile design for large revolvers. I have one for my 4.75" SRH .480.

Those are some nice holsters.
I've got an 8 3/8" model with a 2X7 scope mounted, I need a pretty solid rig to carry around that 6 or so pounds of iron.

I carry my 4" 500 X frame in the 7X Leather Chest holsters (http://www.7xleather.com/chest_holster)...I love the way it carries in this rig.
