Savage 210 vs Savage 212, preferences?

Assuming I can find one for sale, which would be preferable, the Savage 210 ro 212; regarding?

1. testing some of the hot and heavy loads posted in this forum? (I imagine they are the same strength actions, but I dont know)

2. shootability?

3. reliability in cycling various length shells?

Other thoughts?

The 212 has 22 inch barrel and the 210 has a 24 inch barrel.
Here is my take, I like the older Savage 210 and wish I had not damaged mine!
