45ACP Mousefarts with Titegroup

I am currently shooting 45 ACP with 5.2 gr of Titegroup with a 200gr and CCI300 primers. I can;t remember the COL off the top of my head but can look it up if someone wants to know. This has been the most accurate load in my 1911's. I just choreographed this load and it is around 965fps. I am looking for something that is much slower to keep recoil down for matches that don't have a power factor requirement.

What has worked for others with Titegroup?

3g TG with a 200g wadcutter works for me

3.5 & 3.8 with 200 grain swc

3.5 TG and 185 SWC has recently been working for me.

Planning to try lighter loads next time out, but even at that recoil is greatly reduced and brass collection is easier.
