Does anyone know of any rear sights for the Ruger No.1's that are easily adjustable similar to the Lyman 57 sight? I guess I'm looking for a target knob type rear sight.

I use this one:

It is not that easily adjustable, though a good hunting sight.

Thanks Clay, I should have mentioned I already have the NECG (N100)sight on my rifle.
Good to see them developing a new sight.

I just put a set of skinner peep sights on a .458 tropical no.1. good looking sights and functional.

I'm using the XS Sights front and rear sights on my 9.3x74mmR Ruger No. 1, and like them.

.

A Lyman or Redfield receiver peep sight can be mounted on a Ruger #1 in two different ways - D/T the LH side of the receiver for it, or D/T the LH side of the barrel's quarter rib for a custom-made extension bar (bar stock) that would also hold the peep sight further to the rear.

The Williams FP-RSS-TK, has target knobs (TK), and is made for the LH side of the #1/#3 receiver, with a D/T: http://www.brownells.com/shotgun-parts/sights/rear-sights/foolproof-tk-receiver-sights-prod27350.aspx

Yeah, after a little digging I found that Williams makes a reciever sight. I'm not to excited about drilling and tapping this rifle. I guess I can't have my cake and eat it to all the time.

The XS Sights rear sight does not require drilling and tapping. It replaces one of the screws that attach the quarter rib.
