I use a C-clamp to attach my powder measures to the bench.

How about making an Octagon wheel that you can mount several PM's onto it, that works like a lazy susan...maybe even one made out of thick iron that has a ball detent like a Lyman AA turret press. :coffee:

The stand that supports it could then be a moveable C-clamp affair to secure it to your reloading bench.
