I had wondered if anyone had tried to make these yet?

I've not tried penta point RG-2 or 4 molds,but my experience with them in my MP 359-640 mold was not great. They seem to cling to the boolit, interfering with the casting cadence and thusly producing more rejects. I get better results from the round pins, faster production, fewer rejects. I do not order the penta point pins any longer. Not worth the extra cost, IME.

The penta pins can be a little rough. Smooth them up and they work just as well as the round pins.

I stoned mine smooth and the boolits drop smooth. Don't shoot as well as the regular HP pins though.
