I picked up some targets and my indoor pistol range recently to use for 100 yard sight in for the 45-90. The black bull measures 5 1/2". Is that about the needed size for this range when using a globe front sight with "lollipop" inserts? I have some 200 yard target that measure 12"(bulls eye) but wasn't sure about the 100 yard targets. I don't know what the NRA number would be but for the 200 yard targets it's MR-52.

I like to use targets with the black "Bull" Area sized at 6 MOA....Which would be about 6 inches at 100 and 12 inches at 200 yds..sounds like your pretty close to that now!

They've got so may different target number designations...MR, SR, etc and some are repair center numbers. I had little luck trying to find an "official", if there is one, size for BPCR shooting at different distances. I found muzzle loading targets and high powered rifle targets but wasn't sure of the kind I was looking for.
