View Full Version : My " New " Accurate Brass Mold

I bought an Accurate brand, Brass, 4 Cavity mold from DeanWincheter a few days ago.

The mold arrived today. I still don't think there is anything like " One mold to do all ."

However .............., considering I like to shoot .30 cal. plain base bullets in 9 different .30 cal. rifles, I also have a new BlackHawk with 45 ACP, 45 Long Colt interchangeable cylinders,and several 38 Specials and 357 magnums including a nice Marlin 38 Spec. 1894 CBC......in a pinch,......this one mold can keep them all going.

Pretty amazing.

This is a great mold. Many thanks to Deanwinchester for selling me the mold.

The bullets drop at the appropriate diameters and drop easily from the mold. ( What else would you expect from Tom @Accurate Molds ? ? ) What else could you ask for ?

I'm glad it went to someone who'll appreciate it and put it to good use.

I worked with Tom at accurate to design that boolit for the Winchester 94 I had. I no longer have it but it shot VERY well with a modest charge of Unique.



You know, I had that mold for a good while. You've had it for a day. YOUR BOOLITS LOOK BETTER THAN MINE!! I will admit, I'm just a bit jealous.

Man - that mold is slicker'n owl snot!
I never even considered several different boolits in one mold. Wow!

I cast some of the .35 cal. , 135 grainers also today.
I bet these will run through my Marlin 1894, 38 Spec., CBC like water running through screen wire :
