Not enough information. The twist rate, barrel length and rifle make would all help. Are you willing to buy a custom mold? Otherwise I recommend starting with a 41 Rem Mag mold and size to fit your chamber. Length, and therefore the weight, depends on your rifling rate and how fast you can push the bullets.
