Started using this for everything works well, but stays sticky here in the desert so loading gets a little messy. Would dropping the lubed boolits in the freezer for a few minutes before loading hurt anything?

Won't hurt a thing.

I think it was Runfiverun who found that a light, very light, spritz with isopropyl alcohol cured the stickies with CR. lube the bullets then give a very light spray of the alcohol, let, dry, and load em up.

How does the spray work for storage?

it just crusts the outside over, the c-red still works the same.
