Might be Iraqi, their head stamps have a small triangle, but it doesn't look like those I've seen so far.

Blammer...

At one time, I had a half-dozen loose .303 Brit with that (or a very similar) headstamp and I seem to recall the cartridge collector I gave them to identifing them as Egyptian. Unfortunately, he's since passed away and I have no way to confirm my memory.

How much of it do you have?

Have you pulled any, if so is it Cordite or NC tubular?

MkVII flatbased bullet or MkVIII boattail?

I have a database for head stamps if you can take a better picture (I can't make much out) or describe what you see.

With a primer cup diameter that large these are almost certainly Berdan primers.

The position of the crimp corresponds with the crimp/sealant cannelure near the base of the standard MkVII bullet.

These are most likely Cordite loaded MkVII.

RG18 10 50A is printed on the bandoleer

I have it from a source they are most likely Iraqi.

Look at bottom of list.
Egytian dialogue would say maybe but Iraqi specifies the triangle.

Bottom of this.
And I thought trying to find out where the british made rounds came from was hard!
This was quite an education.

Looks like the standard 174 gr bullet. This should be Mk VII ammo. Looks pretty clean, too. When/where are you posting it?
