Hi all...I am having ideas of firelapping an 4595 carbine who's barrel is rough. It shoots very well, but is a b=itch to clean. I have some Wheeler abrasives, up to 600 I believe.
Which grits should I start with and how fast to move the slugs? Thanks for the help.

If it's rough due to wear or corrosion, I'd just send it back to the factory. It has a lifetime warranty. They are real good people to work with.

I agree with sending it in for the lifetime any reason any owner warranty work.
Very fast turnaround and they'll send it back to you with a free magazine for your troubles.
