90 gr. is as heavy as I ever loaded in a .32 ACP pistol. an old WWII CZ 27 I used to own, a 90 gr. Lee RN worked pretty well with very light charges of bullseye, IIRC. I won't post the exact load cuz it has been a long time and I might steer ya wrong......

I know some guys have used boolits commonly loaded in .32 S&W Long and .32-20, but I was not one of them. I would think 90 to 100 gr. boolits are about maximum usable weights, but that is just me being cautious.

Someone else might have been more adventurous than me out there? Let's hear from one of them.

The Keltec is not as rugged as larger, steel-framed. 32 ACP pistols. I would not exceed 90-grain cast bullets, such as RCBS .32-90CM with 1.7-1.8 grains of Bullseye. In steel frames such as the Colt 1903 Pocket Hammerless, Walther PP, CZ50 or CZ27 you can load 2.0 grains.

I have had great results with the Lyman 77gr. RN. I know you were asking about heavies, but the 77gr. is a miser with powder and is quite accurate.

I loaded some 311-245 92 grainers for my Beretta Tomcat. I used 1.7 grains of WW-231. Be aware that the POI will be markedly different. I found it hit 4 inches left and 9 inches high at 7 yards. I was fortunate enough to get a RD 32-75 mold which works much better.

I also use the 77gr Lyman in my Kel-Tec P-32. It originally had problems feeding some of them, almost always while jacking the first cartridge into the chamber. It would stop partway up the feed ramp. I smoothed up the feed ramp and load one FMJ factory load on the top of a magazine, now. I have had no problems of any kind since then.

Contact Jerry at Carolina Cast Bullets ( on are vendors list). He casts the Ranch Dog 75 Grain bullet It is is the best in the Kel Tec P-32 or any 32 acp for that matter! I have many .32 acps and strictly use this boolit It is the best hands down IMHO
You won't do wrong

I have one of these and I think you are barking up the wrong tree trying to find the heaviest boolit to run in it. It is very light and not as tough as an all steel one. I would stay down around 75gr - 80gr and be happy with finding something that fed well.
