Just picked up 1217 pounds of range lead from a local range. Plenty plus more equals enough.

Good score. What are you using for an ingot mold?

They smelted and fluxed it and molded it. The ingots average 42 lbs each. All I have to do is put one in the master caster when it gets low and let it get to temp.They clean put the traps about once a month and call me when they have enough to make the trip worth the gas. 45 min each way. But 500 lbs or so twice a year is not bad. He surprised me with this load though.

The most I ever hauled in one load was 1,000 pounds of Isotope Lead and I used a trailer. I bet the fuel mileage went down a bit and the car struggled!

Great Haul! I'd drive twice that distance for so much clean lead and in ingot form to boot!
