PP of Beagled boolit?

I thought I'd ask before trying this... I am interested in trying to PP the 8 mm Maximum boolit for use in a .338 Win. The boolits drop from the mould at .325" using coww and I was wondering if beagling them to try and reach bore diameter would allow them to work. Anyone tried this before?

Should work fine, long as as you can get them to drop at bore diameter + .001/.0015.

I'll cast some up and see if I can get them to drop at .330" or so.

Be careful ! Paper Patching is very addictive. Soon all your rifle bullets will have to be patched. Jacketed velocity and accuracy, whats not to like!
