Any of you fellers use this boolit in the 1911/45acp? Im wondering how it feeds?? Looking to use a lighter weight boolit,to make my lead stash go farther.thanks,,,

I use the one they copied the design from.
it feeds perfectly.
you need more than 6 grs of unique to make the slide go back and forth enough to pick up the next round.

Echo runfive. Ive used a 165gr boolit and had problems working the slide until I upped the powder charge. I went up to 185gr and then 200gr and stayed there. The 165gr did feed ok, though I usdd a rn

I use the LEE 160. I push it under 5.4 grns WST. The OAL is 1.100". Works great, no feeding problems.
