I plan on using my NOE 311407 170gr boolit's in my Swiss rifle.It's an 1889 so I know I'm not suppose to load them hot so it'll be a perfect CB rifle.
What is a safe charge to use? I have 10 lb's of 700x so would like to use it in this rifle.
