Can someone steer me toward a mold that would produce the wide flat gas check 200gr 10mm bullet sold by double tap.
i would like to have molds for all handguns as, California is on the way toward banning lead bullets
long time lurker, caster, re-loader with a new to me 10mm.

You can always try these from accurate molds:

First one is a standard lube groove design and the second is tumble lube, both gas checked.
Hope this helps.

The Lee 180 GR TC shoots great in a 40 S&W - and it is a 6 banger!

NOE offers a 200 grain WFL mold, but it is not a gas check design. I have this mold and it looks really good. It casts a 180 grain hollow point or 200 grain FP boolit. So members here sells plain base gas checks that you could try on this boolit.

To get the real WFN bullet go to the originator, LBT.

I am a big 10mm nut and wanted to be able to make my own heavy GC WFN's for my 10's.

I got a 220 gr. WFN from LBT and have had great success with it in both my autos and my revolver.

The pic shows a 200 gr. bullet pulled from the DT ammo (not sure if it is the old design) and then a pic of my self cast bullet and then the last one is a 200 gr. TC from a Lyman mould that I have a pair of.

Nice.
I just got some aluminum gas checks in 10 mm today. putting a gas check on a plain base bullet is new for me.
Do you make gas checks?
anyway I just picked up my G20 today. I have 500 cases.Next is stainless guide rod and a round wound spring of about 22lb.
On deck is a LWD 5.2 threaded barrel
I have 1K of Hornady 180 XTP's to play with as well. The fun never ends

Been wanting to try the PB aluminum GC's on some of my non GC bullets.

I don't make GC's, the LBT moulds use .41 cal GC's. They get swaged down some but that is the way Veral designed them.

I also have been making .40 JHPS & JSP's using fired 9mm brass so I go that route except for the real heavy bullets.
