It's always great to watch some long range shooting! I have had the opportunity to shoot one long range match. 800, 900, and 1000 yds. just fascinating sure wish that there were more places to shoot that far.

I am one of the lucky ones. Our shooting club has access to a military 1000 yard range. Only get it about once a month but it is fun. Can't wait to try my new Gibbs target rifle at 1000.

From your info it looks like you are in MO. There are a number of matches at Camp Atterbury sponsored by NMLRA.
We just had a midrange match 2 weeks ago and there is a LR match 6&7 June, right before the Spring Nationals.

That's about 500 miles for me what I was thinking of a place a bit closer to get in some practice.
