I loaded a batch of .45 schofield with 5 gr.s of Trail Boss. My next batch is 5.5 gr.s of trail boss. any one loading spencers in .45 schofield("O" 260gr. RNFN bullet) I"m thinking of 6 to 6.5 gr.s of Trail boss soon!

I would load and test different powders for accuracy in your rifle....that is all that is interesting.
Try some Unique, 2400.


My original 56-50 groups 3" at 100 yards with my smokeless load and 350 grain boolit. That's with the old worn out sights that are on it. I should put a forward mounted 1 MOA red dot on it ;)
