I ran out of weather conducive to casting well over a month ago. Since then it's been exterior home repairs. I'd rather be casting :)

That would be all those .22's I bought from Cheaper than Dirt at $150.00 per brick.

Nice spreadsheet of your progress. I may have to do something like that. Mostly I keep track of how may pounds of boolits I cast. This month, I've cast 20 pounds of 225-415, 25 pounds of 356-120 TC, 10 pounds of .690 round ball, and 40 pounds of 454 round ball. Tomorrow will be 15 pounds of 40 using 401-145 SWC and 401-175 TC molds. Today, no casting but I powder coated a bunch of the 225-415 boolits. Good fun

Casting coming to an end??? After last month, I now can proudly say I can cast year round! It's cold out, it's 80* in my shop, it's hot out, the a/c setting is at 64*.
I gotta say I love it!!

I used to do that, then spend hours inspecting them.
Now I cast slowly, inspect every bullet as it drops. I pile them in little piles of 5 at the far end of my drop pad.
When I have 10 piles, I move them to a little aluminum foil dish to cool. When I have ten more, I move the contents of the dish to a plastic tub and move the next ten piles to the aluminum dish. Each plastic tub will always have an even multiple of 50. I usually quit on an even 50 or 100 but some times The pot gets too low and I quit on a smaller number.
I don't think this saves any time but I don't think it wastes any either and it allows me to control the mold temperature more closely.
