You know it had to happen eventually. I got whiffs of this type of tech back in 2000 when I was still active duty.
The "Smart Rifle" is here. Called the "PGF" for Precision Guided Firearm, it retails for $22,500. Made by a company called Tracking Point. The CEO is making some big claims... says that green, novice shooters will be able to shoot like seasoned snipers with their hi-tech, gee whiz, go fast rifles right out of the box.
Predictably, the anti's are all up in arms about this hi-speed, low drag rifle.
