30-30 accuracy loads for 300 yard steel and paper

This question is for a friend. I myself have had excellent luck with sr4759. He is looking for something using aa5744.
Rifle is a marlin cowboy Ballard rifled. I have a lot of 30 cal molds. Any input would be appreciated.
