Got two of these for my Pro 1000's. In the one setup for 9mm it does not charge the bar. It appears that it does not line up with the hole in the bottom of the hopper at its lowest setting. Any fix for this?

You mean the Adjustable Charge Bar for the Autodisk Powder Measure?

There are some photos showing a fix on that site.

But for really light loads, it's better to use one of the discs.

If you can't find a disc with a small enough hole, it's easy enough to fill a hole with epoxy or similar and drill a smaller hole for what you need.

The disks are cheap enough to buy a few extra so you can modify them to have a charge that you want in your powder. Using epoxy, drills and files, you can custom make those cavities.
