45 xd with 200gr swc

having trouble getting my xd to eat boolts out of my seaco #69 mould. using the load data out of the layman cast manual 4th ed. 200gr unique 6.0 gr oal 1.225 brass trimed to .888 i ran a few across my crono an the avg about 910 they were hot. the ejector was marking the case rim bad. an not ejecting the case. I just started loading for pistol. load a lot of rifle. i havent had this problem with rounds seaming this hot with starting powder load in any of my rifle loads. not sure where th head from here. HELP!!!!!!!!! thanks

Xd's will not feed a swc the newer updated xd will. Tryya truncated or rnfp

I have a 2005 XD 40 Service bi-tone. It has had over 30k rounds put through it. I just got my hands on some cast 155 SWC boolits. My gun loves them with hp-38 powder.

I had read that SWC don't work as well. Maybe 45 XD pistols are different.

trying a new boolit just ordered a lee mold in rn. we will see what happens.
