I am building a 1911 in 45 for a good buddy. I ordered a frame from Sarco and gave it to me to build. All was going good a lot of filing and fitting to the side. Started to install to sear and disconnect and grip safety. The sear and disconnect went in fine but the grip safety would not work. I removed all the parts and installed parts from a pistol I have that works and the same thing. I got to looking at the frame and in the area of the sear and disconnect it was not machined right and it lets the grip safety not work. So has anyone had any problem with frames that Sarco sales? I will try to post pics after work Monday.
