We have a sponser here at castboolits that deserves a "pat on the back". I saw something at Titan reloading I needed and since it was back in stock I put in an order. About an hour and a half later I got a notification that it had shipped! :shock: How 'ya gonna beat that?

if they swung by and dropped it off on the way home it might have been better.

You're right, that would have been pretty cool. OTOH it ain't delivered until it's sitting on his loading bench...as ordered and undamaged.

That's about the only way they could have made the experience better for me. You're right though, it would have been just a little out of the way.

Ha, I may have jinxed myself. The package was waiting for me when I got home from work - but they sent the wrong product. Oh well, a mistake easily corrected I guess. Gotta admit though, that was pretty quick delivery - ordered Sat. afternoon and delivered Monday.

I ordered a few things from Midway USA, fri. night, at 11:45 pm. on Sun. I received a e-mail that it was on the truck, UPS with the tracking number. their shipping crew, must work weekends, although they do not answer the phone on weekends, thats pretty good service, it should be here today.

Ok, they're sending the correct dies and a box to send the wrong ones back to them. They apologized for the mistake. I accept that, I make a few myself. I look forward to doing more business with them.

ordered some spare collet dies from titan, had them in hand in 3 days :)

I ordered a new press from them (Lee Classic Turret), and some other goodies. Fast shipping and excellent service. The only thing stopping me from doing more shopping with this great company is the "Out Of Stock" issue everyone is having right now.

arrived 4 days later (Monday).... from Luxembourg to the U.K. and that was a weekend....

Only time that was bettered was Dillon with a delivery of my XL650 in less than a week ordered between Xmas & New Year - delivered first work day after the holiday..... 3rd Jan from Arizona....

So it can be done... that's how too keep Customers...
