So received my Sharp Shooter USA mold and decided to make some 00, I loaded them up using IMR 4756, Nobel 209, and a WIN WAA12R clone from Claybuster. Upon shooting these loads which did go bang, upon inspecting the barrel there was a lot of what looked like unburnt powder in the barrel? As well as after the shot the barrel would smoke considerably...so question is what's going on? I used a published load, and was wondering if spacing in the shell could cause this? When I loaded them I noticed that with only 9 pellets of 00 there was a bit of room in the hull.
