Noe 260-100/ 250-3000/ imr4064 ??

New mold arrived for Ruger 77 , but only powder to be bought in area was IMR4064. Can 4064 be used ? I really want to shoot the rifle but without fear of damage to it or myself .

Check the IMR tables for a .25 cal. 100 gr bullet. You can use that data, starting at the lowest listed charge. Your lead boolit will produce higher velocities and lower pressures than the condom bullet. If your alloy is strong enough it will stand it, too.
