i looked on jibbsbrass site about 10 this morning and they had wc844.took me till noon to find out if i could use it.went to buy and it was gone.looked on gunbroker, had 8lbs last bid 350.00.guess i'll have to be quicker next time.

$350 is ridiculous. I have never used WC844 but I use a lot of H335 and would love to get my hands on some WC844. Just not for that price. I did order some powder from GI Brass a couple of weeks ago. I should be getting it in about 6 weeks.

i checked gunbroker this am,they had 3,8#ers listed,one went for $210 one for $250,the last for #350.my ouestion is who gives this price for powder?just does'nt make sence to me.

I think it is a lot of new reloaders that may be unaware of what things "should" cost. The sad thing for most is it is creating a situation of unavailability and sky high prices. I think the prices will stay elevated even when supply catches up. Think gas prices pre and post Katrina. We are back to normal oil procurement levels but prices are still stupid. Once suppliers realize what people will pay, why not make them pay it.

Powder valley had win.296 in 8lb jugs this morning all gone now so are some of the other powders they got in , I looked at gunbroker and am amazed what people are bidding on powder and primers , only encourages those who are buying to resell .
