mixing tin in

I have not mixed alloy yet, is there a certain tempature you want to mix the tin in?

and should you leave or stir in the film that developes on top, when ladle pouring ?
I'm going for the pure lead tin mix, between 40-1 and 20-1, the lead is all ready and very clean, have not added tin yet.

doesnt matter. Just throw it all together and melt it and when its all melted flux it once and your all set.

The only thing I'd add to what Lloyd said is that you might want to stir it good with your ladle. Other than that, what Lloyd said.
