I e-mailed Alliant and IMR, relating the poor experience that I had with Third Generation Shooting Supply and its recent powder sales foul up.
I don't want Third Generation to go out of business, but I do hope that they learned a very important customer relations and customer satisfaction lesson. For those members who said that they've received excellent service from Third Generation, I hope that you continue to patronize them. However, I'm done with them.
