Universal shell holder?

I have a #14 Hornady shell holder on back order for my Hornady lathe and was wondering if the other manufacturers shell holders AND numbers will work in the Hornady lathe? Sorry if the question is confusing... If i purchase a Lyman #14 shellholder will it fit in my Hornady lathe? I'm going to search and see if the Manufactures p/n will coincide with each other. I need the #14 to trim 45-70 brass and hoping the Lyman #14 will fit and also trim the same series of brass.

These all fit the 45-70 for Universal presses don't know if it is the same for a lathe though.
